At Brilliant Lighting, we want your home to shine in its best light, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-installed fixtures. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect glow for your space.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare Your Light Fixture
Carefully pack the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all mounting hardware, instructions, and protective internal padding to ensure it arrives safely.
- 3.Affix Shipping Label
Print your prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of the shipping box, ensuring no old tracking labels are visible.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned fixture for any signs of installation or damage, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
