How long does shipping take for my lighting fixtures?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For larger chandeliers or fragile glass items, we use specialized couriers to ensure safe arrival, which may extend delivery by 2-3 days.
What is your return policy for installed lights?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging. Please note that once a fixture has been installed or the wires have been cut, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
Are your fixtures compatible with smart home systems?
Most of our LED fixtures and pendant lights are compatible with smart dimmers and home automation systems like Phillips Hue or Lutron. Check the 'Technical Specs' section on the product page for specific compatibility details.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation services, all products come with a comprehensive installation guide. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired ceiling and wall fixtures.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
Brilliant Lighting provides a 2-year limited warranty on all structural components and a 5-year warranty on integrated LED modules against failure or defects.
Do your lights include the necessary bulbs?
Fixtures with integrated LEDs include the light source. For fixtures requiring traditional bulbs, we specify the base type (e.g., E26 or G9) on the product page; bulbs are typically sold separately to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature.
